I'm Adding Something New
And I Want Your Input First
I’ve been wanting to build this for a while.
Workshops are a different format than coaching — more focused, more communal, built around going deep on a single topic together in 60 minutes. They’re not a substitute for one-on-one work. They’re their own thing, and they’ve been on my list for longer than I want to admit.
I have a long list of topics I want to teach. Perimenopause and menopause. Mold toxicity. Environmental load. Nervous system regulation. Neurodivergent systems. Patient advocacy. Capacity. HRT. GLP-1s and inflammation. The list keeps growing.
Before I build, I want to know which ones matter most to you.
→ Take the 2-minute survey here: [LINK]
The survey includes 17 workshop concepts across four areas — body and health basics, toxicity and environment, brain and capacity, and advocacy and navigation. Tell me which ones land. Write in anything I’ve missed.
A note on pricing: these will be offered at a nominal fee, kept low intentionally — and not because the content is light. The fee is also how I keep the space protected and intentional for everyone in it.
And if you’re in people management or HR: there’s an option for you in the survey too. I offer bespoke corporate workshops and consulting for teams navigating neurodivergence, chronic illness, and workplace accommodations. Email me at uninvisiblepod@gmail.com if you want to talk.
I ask before I build. That’s how this works.
